had a fantastic stay at mercure living putrajaya! the view from 27th floor was just breath taking, and the room was super comfy for my fam. it felt just like home with all the amenities in the two bedroom apartment. really loved the convenience of having a mall right downstairs with all the stores and restaurants, it made everything easy breezy for us. the staff were so friendly and helpful, really added to our stay!

but the breakfast options could've been better and the bathroom had some bad smells early in the morning. also, wifi was a hassle to get sorted out, had to ask multiple times.

the breakfast had a variety of foods but some dishes were a bit too sweet. the apt was amazing with big mirrored wall in master bedroom and cleanliness was top notch. friendly staff made our stay even better.

Bath essentials lacked quality, especially the toilet paper, which could use a significant upgrade. water bottles were not consistently available, and amenities like a laundry bag were missing despite eco-friendly policies. The shower heater was unreliable, swinging between freezing and scalding, which added to the frustration of the stay.

The large living room with a kitchen was a great space for my family to relax and spend time together. The breakfast offered an impressive variety, including noodles and pastries, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Staff were genuinely polite and attentive, making our dining experience pleasant as they made sure we had everything we needed. I found it convenient to have a McDonald's and Starbucks in the same building for quick snacks.

The air conditioning in the bedroom could have been more effective, as it did not cool as well as expected.

The kitchen was stocked with utensils, which was cool. there was only one bathroom not attached to any rooms, so keep that in mind if you're planning with more people.
